About

In 2017, a Singapore-born journalist went hiking along the fjords in Norway. It was there, on the 600-metre-high summit of the famous Preikestolen, that the perfect blue hue of the shimmering Lysefjorden below took her breath away, sparking a moment that can only be accurately described as an epiphany: She quit her job in New York, moved to Florence to study metal-smithing, and, two years later, launched her jewelry line worldwide.

The debut collection’s first piece, Eau, is an ode to the life-defining experience that marked the start of this new journey. From the intense blue of its crowning jewel, topaz, to the organic, cliff-evoking structure of the ring, distinctive elements converge at the intersection of beauty and emotion.

Every piece thereafter continues to be both a reflection of the designer’s eclectic background, as well as her desire to fill the world with wearable sculptures that invoke both memories and experiences.

FORM IS EVERYTHING.

Proportion and color inform every design. Semi-precious gemstones hold court, framed not only by precious metals, but also alternative mineral and organic materials, including, but not limited to, onyx, rock crystal, and wood.

Bespoke and studio pieces, each strictly one-of-a-kind, are crafted in New York by the designer’s own hand.

The collection pieces, realized by the finest ateliers in Italy, pay fitting homage to Atalante — the famously beautiful, brave, and fleet-footed huntress in Greek mythology with a particular penchant for gold — for whom the brand is named.
